§ 2.1. Authority Granted

The City Manager or his/her designees shall have such powers and authority as granted by State law, the City Charter, the Code of Ordinances, and this UDC to initiate, undertake, and decide any matters pertaining to the regulation of the use and development of land as identified in this UDC and are authorized to take all actions necessary to carry out their responsibilities in accordance with the requirements and limitations prescribed therein.
