Chapter 38. MANUFACTURED AND MOBILE HOMES AND PARKS

§ 38-6. Mobile homes on individual lots.

(a)

Mobile homes may be located on individual lots within the city provided that they meet both the applicable requirements of the zoning appendix to this Code and of this chapter.

(b)

A permit under the provisions of section 38-2 shall be obtained prior to the placement of a mobile home on an individual lot.

(c)

No person shall park or occupy any mobile home outside an approved mobile home park or on the premise where there is an occupied dwelling; except the parking of only one mobile home behind the building setback lines of a plotted lot is permitted providing no living quarters shall be maintained in such mobile home while such mobile home is so parked or stored.
