§ 46-101. Causing graffiti on property unlawful.

It is a violation of the Texas Penal Code and shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly place or cause to be placed any graffiti upon any surface of public or private buildings, structures or other facilities or upon any natural features of public or private property. Penalty is as provided in Tex. Penal Code § 28.08.
