§ 74-75. Designation of parking stalls and prohibited or limited parking areas.

The city shall cause parking stalls or time limit parking areas to be maintained and marked off in and on such streets and parts thereof as may be designated by the city council from time to time. All such spaces or areas shall be clearly indicated by appropriate signs or by markings on the pavement or curb.
