§ 78-171. Service requests outside existing service area.

When water service is desired within the city's water district and no mains exist in the vicinity of the desired connection, it will be necessary for the applicant to sign a release form or contract with the city and make a cash deposit. The entire cost of the main extension will be estimated by the city engineer and the cost borne by the applicant. Each size or diameter of pipe will be described in the contract.
