§ 78-259. New on-site sewage facilities.

No new on-site sewage facilities shall be installed within the city limits of the city unless approved by the city council, showing verification that a public sewer is not available and it is not economically feasible to connect to a public sewer. Any new on-site sewage facility shall be installed in accordance with 30 T.A.C. §§ 285.1—285.91.
